LATUDA Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) FAQs

Please note these FAQs pertain exclusivley to the LATUDA PAP, all other programs remain unchanaged.

How long will eligible patients be able to receive LATUDA through the PAP?

As of February 20, 2023, LATUDA will no longer be available from the Sunovion Support Prescription Assistance Program (PAP).

How will last prescription refills be handled?

Patients who are eligible for the LATUDA PAP on or before February 20, 2023, are eligible for a final prescription refill of up to 90-days to assist during this transition to an alternate medication or other possible means of support. Please note that final refill orders must be processed on or before February 20, 2023. Patients and healthcare providers should discuss medication options after the last prescription refill.

What do we do if medication is damaged or broken after the final shipment dates?

Please contact the Sunovion Support hotline at 1-877-850-0819 between 8 a.m. ET and 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to speak to a program associate.

How do I obtain the final Latuda refill for my patients?

Please enroll any eligible patients in the LATUDA PAP by January 19, 2023. As of January 20, 2023, the program will no longer accept enrollment applications. To authorize a final prescription refill of LATUDA to support eligible patients, please utilize the form here on or before February 20, 2023.

Please note that healthcare providers may need to provide an updated written prescription for patients who obtain their medication via a retail pharmacy card.

What is the latest date an eligible patient may be accepted into the LATUDA PAP?

Eligible patients will be accepted into the LATUDA PAP until January 19, 2023. As of January 20, 2023, the program will no longer accept enrollment applications for assistance.
